Return window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. An unboxing video is required for eligibility.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at sales@walkieplanet.in.

Returns should be sent to: 419/8 Nambeennakath, Ariyakkundu, Bheemanad P O, Alanallur, Palakkad, KL, 678601, IN.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
